Bi-Weekly Support Group for Parents and Caregivers of Black Identifying Children and Youth.
In this group you’ll join other parents and caregivers of Black, African and Caribbean (BAC) children and youth in an open and respectful space where we talk about real-life challenges and experiences. Led by the Kuumba black therapist team, this group focuses on:
- Raising confident and resilient black children at home and school.
- Managing stress and avoiding burnout for both you and your child.
- Setting boundaries and fostering positive discipline (for both non and neurodivergent children)
- and more…
We know that our culture, values, and identity shape how you see the world – and we honour that. Join this group with other parents and caregivers to connect, share experiences and gain tools to support your parenting journey.
